In-Game Virtual Currency and Virtual Items

Virtual Currency and Virtual Items:
- Are not real money;
- Have no real-world value;
- Cannot be exchanged for real currency.
Selling, trading, or transferring Virtual Items is strictly forbidden and may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, regardless of purchase history.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. You have no ownership rights over Virtual Currency or Virtual Items.
Rexall Online is not responsible for losses caused by hacking, exploits, rollbacks, or service interruptions.
Rollbacks and Beta Features
In exceptional situations such as bug fixes, exploits, or updates, Rexall Online may perform a rollback. Progress, items, or achievements may be reverted to an earlier state.
Purchases made before a rollback will not be refunded, but may be re-granted at Rexall Online’s discretion.
Online Conduct and Content
You are solely responsible for any content posted on forums, Discord, or social media related to Rexall Online.
Rexall Online reserves the right to remove content or take action against any behavior considered abusive, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranty
