All products, services, and in-game items provided by Rexall Online are digital goods. These include, but are not limited to, virtual currency (Silks), in-game items, premium services, and any other digital content delivered to your account.


All payments made via PayPal, Stripe, Revolut, cryptocurrency, or any other supported payment method are considered voluntary donations made to support the Rexall Online server and its development.


Non-Refundable Policy


Due to the digital nature of our products and services:


- All purchases and donations are final and non-refundable.

- Once Silks, items, or services are delivered to an account, they cannot be reversed, returned, or exchanged.

- Refund requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes


Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through PayPal, Stripe, Revolut, or any financial institution is a violation of our Terms of Use.


In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

- The associated game account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

- Any Silks, items, or benefits received may be removed without notice.

- Rexall Online reserves the right to restrict future purchases.


Delivery Issues


If you experience a technical issue where Silks or digital items are not delivered correctly, please contact our support team before opening any dispute.


We will review the issue and, if verified, may re-deliver the purchased items at our sole discretion. This does not constitute a refund.


Server Downtime & Service Changes


Refunds will not be issued for:

- Server downtime, maintenance, or updates;

- Gameplay changes, balance adjustments, or feature removals;

- Account suspensions due to rule violations.
